July 20 19, 2025: Final day to register live auction items
July 27 26, 2025: Final day to register store items

Auction Events

Thursday, July 31
- 8pm: Crowdfunding Auction
Friday, August 01
- 8pm: Collectibles Auction
Saturday, August 02
- 4pm: TOVA Auction
- 7pm: Charity Auction

Changes for 2025

Tag Costs are increased by $1 ($3 for Auction and $2 for Store items)
For each item sold, $1 will be refunded to the seller
Maximum Store Item Amount is increased to $100
Auction Item Review – items not approved for the live auction may be recommended to submit as a store item
During item check-in, no one will be permitted to join a line unless all items are tagged and ready to be processed.
